A ponytail is a hairstyle in which some, most or all of the hair on the head is pulled away from the face, gathered and secured at the back of the head with a hair tie, clip, or other similar device and allowed to hang freely from that point. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please notify our stylists 24 hours in advance. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee not exceeding 15% of total services or a $50 minimum, or whichever is greater. It is solely at the stylists discretion to determine whether a cancellation is deemed suitable for a cancellation fee waiver. Clients with a history of frequent cancellations will not be given such consideration and will be subject to all fees and penalties that may apply.
